How It All Began
StageOneInAction was born from a simple idea: to help youth overcome the challenges of time, connection, and opportunity. We know the struggles young people face—juggling school, responsibilities, and dreams that feel out of reach. SOIA was created to bridge that gap and guide youth to become the leaders they’re meant to be.
StageOneInAction is founded to address critical challenges youth face.
Launched our first virtual leadership programs, helping youth adapt and grow.
Expanded programs to include entrepreneurship and community mentorship.
Our vision is to create resource centers in every state and country.
